"Good site to track customer feedbacks for app on both App Store & CHPlay"

What do you like best about AppFollow?

1/ Ease of Use to consolidate all users' feedback about the apps on both App Store & CHPlay, get updated frequently with very little lag time (about 1 day - I guess)

2/ The seperation of (new) incremental ratings vs accrual ratings, separated by app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppFollow?

If one thing I wish AppFollow could do better is that For Reviews section, please let us select both sites (CH Play & App Store) at the same time. This would help me to download all the recent comments, seperated by platforms, in a single click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AppFollow solving and how is that benefiting you?

I need to check frequently (on weekly basis) to review all the comments/ feedbacks from CH Play & App Store about our apps; then my task is to allocate the topics of those comments to identify main theme/ issues/ problems that customers are facing, so that the Tech team would fix it (if possible).

Given this tool, I could easily export all the comments to an excel file, and do my work, otherwise I would have to do this task manually & that would take a lot of my time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AppFollow?

"AppFollow is just what I needed!"

What do you like best about AppFollow?

AppFollow is great for a few reasons, but one of the standout features for me is how it centralizes all app store optimization and user feedback management in one platform. Other products I've tried always seemed to just not have the right amount of features/options. Their tagging system is what won me over! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Tracking Customer Reviews and Rating Made Easier"

What do you like best about AppFollow?

I can reply to all AppStore and PlayStore reviews through one channel. I can keep a check on the ratings and save my replies as well. The AI generated reply feature is the best and saves me a lot of time to reply to each and every review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppFollow?

Limited no. of reviews you can see on the Essential plan. Sometimes it shows Error While Publishing for no reason. Also, it should send a notification if a reviewer decides to update a review so we can have a quick look instead of scrolling and looking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AppFollow?

I have been using AppFollow for its convenient daily and weekly reports on our ASO performance, which keep us updated even if we don't check it daily. The integration with Slack has been invaluable for monitoring app reviews in real time and responding promptly. One of the standout features is the capability to track keyword rankings for our Android and iOS apps, including historical data and global app stores, making it an essential tool for A/B testing. What do you like best about AppFollow?

I like that AppFollow provides a stable platform that helps track different information about customer opinions on our applications across different platforms, it automates a variety of tasks to know more about customer satisfaction and it helps organize all the metrics to know what the users think about the efficiency of our applications. Creating reports with AppFollow is very easy too, and it provides well structured information about trends that are present in our data, and customer satisfaction, and it helps create automatic tags based on the information provided, and it also allows us to add our own tags if something is missing. What do you dislike about AppFollow?

"Tracking application growth and customer experience with AppFollow"

What do you like best about AppFollow?

AppFollow is a great software that allows us to monitor different aspects of our application. I really like that it collects multiple data and sorts them in different ways so that we are ale to see what aspects of our app need improvement, and I also like that we are able to reply to user reviews from the application, and save different responses templates depending on the mood of the review that was left, so that we can save a lot of time but still let the user know that their feedback is being considered. With AppFollow, I like that it is easy to see and track down the different sentiments that customers feel about our application and display them into easy to digest analytics, speeding up our work. What do you dislike about AppFollow?

I feel like the interface is not very intuitive and is quite confusing, at least it was when we were starting up. It feels a little bit messy and unorganized, but we got used to it after a while. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been able to save a lot of time with AppFollow, not only does it automatically collect data about our application continuously, but it also organizes it so that it is easier for us to understand how the application is working. In my case, I am mostly on the customer experience side of the aplication, and I feel like it has improved my workflow significantly and it has allowed me to connect better with each customer, and organize their opinions in a more convenient way, this has helped us analyze our data better by using tags to understand how the reviews feel about our application, and as a result, come up with different ways to improve our customer experience.
