What do you like best about Circula?

I can record all my expenses on the run and be done with it...it's super simple, it's intuitive, you can do it all via App or additionally via Browser App...what can I say....if I could wish for an App, this is what I would want to have.

My favourite feature is, that I can upload pdfs from my phone into the App (like airdrop) or send pdfs to an Email address. Either you allocate it to a journey right away or later....

What do you dislike about Circula?

Hard to think of anything....if there is any criticism at all then I'd say you have to run through a set of process steps whilst adding an expense. As all steps are prefilled anyhow, they could be all listed and confirmed or adapted in a single overview step, which would reduce clicking even further.

I find it confusing, that each expense has a title/reason as well as an allocation to a journey. So if you travel to a workshop and your journey is called workshop, the title/reason for the travel expense has to be stated anyway...so you name it "workshop" as well, like the journey. Did you get it? Yeah....found it confusing, too. I guess it's a regulatory necessity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Circula?

Today, I used the Circula application for the first time to submit business expenses. The user interface has been logically designed to facilitate immediate utilisation by new employees, thus ensuring a seamless transition into the workflow. I find the ability to upload receipts in a quick and straightforward manner to be a particularly practical feature. What do you dislike about Circula?

I am pleased to inform you that I have not noticed any disadvantages so far. The program has been implemented without any problems, all functions work as expected. What do you like best about Circula?

What I like most about Circula is how intuitive and easy it is to use — especially compared to traditional expense management systems I've worked with before. Submitting expenses, handling travel reimbursements, and managing allowances all feel smooth and well-structured. The app simplifies the entire process. I simply scanned my receipt that I got from the hotel and put in the dates of my trip and that was pretty much it. Everything else was done "automatically". What do you dislike about Circula?

As a first time user all in all I was happy with the process. The only thing that confused me a bit is that I didn't get a notification via mail once I saved the trip and sent it to my company for further processing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Circula?

Today I used the Circula program for the first time to submit business expenses. What do you dislike about Circula?

So far, I have not been able to identify any disadvantages. The use of the program went smoothly, all functions worked as expected, and compared to other tools I have used so far, I have not noticed any weaknesses or missing features. Of course, I will continue to test it in my daily work, but my first impression is consistently positive, without anything negative having caught my attention so far. What I don't like is that I can't move a receipt, which I upload on the same day, directly into a folder. I always have to wait until the next day for the option to move it to be available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It completely changed the way I handle travel expense reports – in the best possible way. Instead of spending hours sorting receipts and filling out Excel sheets, now it's just a quick scan in the app. Everything is intuitive, fast, and reliable.
