One unified surface means ideas aren’t limited to a file type. Your project doesn’t have to be split across tabs of documents, spreadsheets, and apps.

Packs are our version of integrations or plug-ins. They connect your doc to the apps you use every day, so you can pull live data in or push updates out automatically.

Drag-and-drop templates give you a quick-start shortcut to commonly used templates like Upvote/Downvote, To-Do List, and Team Sentiment Tracker.

You can slice, dice, and chop your data however you'd like using Views. A View is a mirror of your data that can be tailored to your unique needs, all while staying connected to the source

What do you like best about Coda?

Super flexible

Integrates with everything

Kind to less technical people but robust for more technical people

I'm not a huge fan of the navigation and it's my other fave that would win in that department.

I really wish the built-in automations were more robust and included more than just triggers and actions related to tables. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Coda solving and how is that benefiting you?

Coda is used for internal knowledge sharing. Coda has in particular been an EXCELLENT center for management of our deep PMF research, helping me very efficiently connect between various databases while evaluating our data and making decisions. Easy to document and collaborate in one single place, it has become our go to documentation platform.

It combines the functions of google docs/sheets etc and keeps them in one centralized document/place.

Customer support will help create or even share their documents with you to fit your needs.

What do you like best about Coda?

Coda has almost all the functionalities as notion at less than half the price. In notion, we had to purchase for all the users. As coda charges for doc makers only, it helped us cutting costs to 1/6th of what we were paying for notion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A complex but useful tool"

What do you like best about Coda?

It has tons of possibilities. You can write documentation, create (complex) tables, create pages inside pages, mention people and pages, integrate with miro, google sheets/docs/etc, insert images, links... I think it is the most complete tool I have ever used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coda?

Some features and possibilities are not very clear and intuitive. Although the interface is very user-friendly, you have to figure out how to use certain functions. Like when you 'mention' data from a table on another table and then you cannot edit it because it is from a different table, and then you have to look for that table on every page and subpage until you find it and edit the content you want. My documentation is now kept all in the same place. It made it easier for other teams in the company to remain updated.
