What do you dislike about Deel?

While Deel offers an excellent overall experience, one area that could use improvement is the limited variety of payout methods in certain regions. Although the existing options like PayPal and bank transfers are dependable, adding more localized solutions, such as mobile money or region-specific fintech platforms e.g. Mpesa, would greatly enhance flexibility and accessibility for global users. What do you like best about Deel?

I had a smooth and trustworthy payment experience with timely transfers of money to my bank account. Deel is extremely easy to use and implement, with excellent customer support, seamless integrations, and all the essential features that freelancers need for reliable global payments. What do you like best about Deel?

After 7 years on the platform, Deel continues to impress me with its reliability and ease of use. The interface is intuitive - I can generate invoices, track payments, and manage contracts in just a few clicks. What really stands out is the payment speed; I consistently receive my payments on time, often faster than the estimated dates. The multi-currency support has been a game-changer, allowing me to receive payments in my preferred currency without worrying about unfavorable exchange rates.

Their customer support deserves special mention - on the rare occasions I've needed help, they've been responsive and knowledgeable. The platform has evolved significantly over the years, adding features like expense management and better tax documentation, but they've managed to keep everything simple and user-friendly. While Deel has been excellent overall, there's always room for improvement. The withdrawal fees to certain payment methods can add up, especially for smaller contracts. I'd also appreciate more detailed analytics about my earnings trends over time - currently, I have to export data and create my own reports. The mobile app, while functional, isn't as feature-rich as the web version, which can be limiting when I'm traveling. I’ve been using Deel with my contract through Turing, and the experience has been nothing short of smooth. What I like most is how fast the international payments are, and the fact that I can withdraw using crypto makes the whole process incredibly easy and hassle-free.

Also, The platform makes legal documents and tax-related paperwork simple and intuitive. I’ve tried other services before, and verifying documents or dealing with contract terms was a real headache. But Deel takes care of all that in a way that just works. What do you dislike about Deel?

I haven’t found anything major that bothers me. If I really had to point something out, I’d say the platform sometimes takes a bit longer to reload, and it logs out automatically after a few days. I understand that’s for security, but personally, I’d prefer a no-timeout session. Also, the dark theme could use some improvement. it works, but visually it could be more refined. One downside I’ve noticed is that the Deel virtual card doesn’t work for certain subscriptions in my country, like iCloud or Apple Music.
