What do you like best about iDenfy?

Ease of use. Customer support. Ease of intergration. Idendfy's product has taken the aniexty out of the online signing process for real estate transactions. As an online notary, I was having many issues with the traditional KBA system my industry has used to verfy someones ID. If my client could not remeber data that could be as much as 30 years old! They could not pass ID therefore not able to complete their transaction. Knowledge Based Authentication also is not client friendly to those who do not have a credit profile in the United States. This aspect of my business was on the verge of failure until I met with Tautvydas Krasauskas and his team. Their online ease of use and vast ID profile data base has allowed me to be become one of my area's most sought after Electronic Real Estate closers. It also has made it possible for me to compete with the large online closing services that do not provide the level of personal service I provide.

The couple of times I've had issues, Tautvydas team of support personel had an answer for me quickly and professionally. If your are in a business that requires ID verification, Idenfy is well worth the cost!

What do you like best about iDenfy?

Many of our clients are in industries that need to be compliant with KYC and AML rules. We like that idenfy provides a comprehensive compliance toolset to analyse any identity from any country and on top of that businesses also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iDenfy?

explaining the different compliance checks and their costs to clients takes some effort. We have to be very well informed about all of idenfy's products to explain it properly so adding more documentation helps Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Integration with iDenfy was super straightforward thanks to the comprehensive API documentation that enabled our team to implement the service without needing additional assistance. Their cost-effective approach that only charges for approved verifications allows us to stay on top of the game while keeping the expenses in check, as we're able to send any suspicious accounts for an ID check. What do you dislike about iDenfy?

What do you like best about iDenfy?

I really like the mobileoptimized verification process and comprehensive document coverage for many ID types. The realtime verification results help our staff process activations efficiently. The process is easy and at the same time very accurate as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the texts are bit smaller so some older clients have difficulty with the selfie verification process and sometimes the id needs to be rescanned if the camera is shaking Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about iDenfy?

When we onboard new investors for the funds we administer we use idenfy’s business verification tool it is very good. Integrating idenfy into our ATS let us verify candidates in multiple countries without having to use separate vendors our services require through verfication because we handle sensitive GPS data. I like idenfy's dedication to full encryption for all data sent throughout the verification process . I love how easily idenfys KYB and AML checks verify the identity and business details of new subcontractors before we add them to our payment system. They offer a wide range of features related to KYB, and while the pricing may initially seem high, it is undoubtedly worth the investment. We have worked with multiple suppliers in the past, but none have matched the seamless experience provided by iDenfy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about iDenfy?
