What do you like best about Karbon?

Triage and the filtering by internal comments, contacts, and not contacts. And I have all of that in ONE location now, not going to 5 different apps to see who has @mentioned me or has a task for me. ALSO, being able to attach my emails to Work Items and Contacts is a GAME CHANGER. Having all of the context for something at my finger tips is great. I also love the reporting and insights I can get on my team and their capacity, and I love being able to eliminate internal emails! Oh and Timetracking against the works and clients makes seeing the team's capacity so much easier. And the fact that I have a secure client portal for clients to help eliminate THOSE emails - and I can assign them tasks! AI Summaries on timelines are gold for our team members who are working across divisions, as well as managers when they are speaking with a client (or even to the internal team). What do you dislike about Karbon?

There is SO MUCH customization in Karbon, and every decision you make will effect something else (reporting wise). Sometimes it's really hard to understand the implications of any decision you're making to your setup/structure, and while they do have a wonderful Help Wiki and support team, it's just alot to learn. I also really long for the "softer side" in Karbon (it's pretty clinical - I'd like options to soften it with different colors, include Gifs in comments, etc.). I also wish the recurring work scheduling wasn't so difficult - it's not very intuitive and I understand why it's structure that way, but it's like I have to learn a new language and most of my team do not have the time to learn how to do that, so it's a very large administrative burden for Work creation/setup. What do you like best about Karbon?

KARBON is a really easy product to use and navigate. With it's various integrations continually improving, it's bound to be the stand out product in the market for an all-in-one CRM. Setup was easy and painless (from memory), we use it all day, everyday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The 'billing' feature has been a bit clunky in the past, but now with the added integration directly with XERO, I see this being a much smoother process in the future. What do you like best about Karbon?

What stands out most about Karbon is its seamless integration of communication and workflow management. The ability to manage emails, tasks, and client work all in one place is a game-changer.

Another standout feature is the workflow automation. Recurring tasks, client reminders, and status updates can all be automated, which saves time and reduces the risk of things slipping through the cracks.

What do you like best about Karbon?

The triage feature for emails and team communications is a massive time saver. Templates for work flows, and the ability to assign, view, review and action items with simple views and filters allows us to easily have a complete picture of where our workflows, outstanding actions and capacity scheduling for resource planning.

Karbon provides us with visibility over all aspects of our accounting business including communications with clients; assigning actions and status; workflow creation, scheduling and monitoring; project management; creating efficiencies and more. The new Practice Intelligence has provide even more valuable insights into our data and how we operate leading to reduced wastage and more profit. Easier to know what jobs to work on. The triage feature is quite useful. Customer support is great. We also got a great walkthrough to better understand how the features work in Karbon and it's been extremely helpful to track projects and make sure that we are on target for our busy season deadlines. Their customer support is responsive and helpful, which is great when we need assistance. One feature that could further enhance support would be an option for video calls with screen sharing when troubleshooting more complex issues.
