What do you like best about MarcomCentral?

The things I love about the Marcom tool are the customer support and professional service capabilities to help you create something that truly meets your needs and the variability of the system to accommodate a lot of competing business requirements. What do you dislike about MarcomCentral?

The downside of using the Marcom solution is that it utilizes a proprietary programming solution that requires unique training and is hard to hire for re: finding someone who already has experience with that coding software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MarcomCentral?

This tool has enabled us to create a suite of marketing and stationery materials that faculty and staff from across the university can use to create professional-looking materials. What do you dislike about MarcomCentral?

There is a lot of time and resources needed to set up this system. It took us a while to understand the best approach to designing materials that translated well as "templated" materials. There are also some settings in the system that can't be changed that make it a bit clunky in some places. The vendor has been great about working with us to figure out workarounds. What do you like best about MarcomCentral?

The design tools are very flexible, giving an enhanced user experience.

The ability to create customizable templates using either Fusion Pro along with Adobe Acrobat or the new online tool were one of the major reasons we chose this product.

We needed a flexible online system that wouldn't require a lot of internal IT resources to maintain.
