What do you like best about Phonexa?

Phonexa is a great tool for a start-up lead generation agency. It has everything we need for lead distribution, filtering, tracking, integration and verification. The Light Suite Package is great value for money compared with other options on the market. The support team (Rich, Lane, Steffi and Oliver) are really friendly and always available to help with new campaign set up and fixing any tech issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Phonexa?

Phonexa can be a little tricky to get your head around at first so the only thing I would suggest is having more access to guidance documents or tutorial videos available so I can learn the system in my own time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Phonexa?

Phonexa is packed with features, yet easy to set up initially with great support offered by the UK team to get the ball rolling in what might otherwise be too comprehensive a system as to be too overwhelming for a new user to make the most of. I use the system daily and after some training from Rich am able to create and set up integrations myself moving forwards to expand our activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Phonexa?

The strength in terms of depth of features is also a potential weakness. I wouldn't like to dive into this without some human support back up, the system isn't intuitive enough to drop in and hit the ground running using just the interface and the knowledge base. It needs some hand holding initially and for the first few iterations of set up to get going, and I will probably need further support to see all the potential uses for the modules I have yet to fully understand. I'd never used a system like Phonexa before so the support, education and patience was hugely helpful to get to a position where we understood the system and how it could unlock a lot of insight to support our growth. The Phonexa system is a beast with a lot of functionality - the downside is it's not very user friendly as a result. However that's where they're different from other software solutions by having a human element to guide and advise.

It does everything you need or would want it to and then some.

The customer service team is outstanding. Rich was exceptionally knowledgeable during our initial integration, greatly smoothing the process. Later, Steffi became our primary contact; she is invariably available when not on a call and displays unwavering commitment. When I was desperate to launch a campaign and encountered troubleshooting difficulties, she selflessly dedicated five minutes—despite her impending school run—to help us go live, ultimately giving our campaign a 16‐hour head start. The ability to be able to find solutions to complex needs and provide multiple lead delivery options to different providers and suppliers. Having all our solutions in one place (lead delivery and email delivery) also helps from a reporting perspective. We've launched various initiatives into various systems, including bespoke API integrations and solutions - these include modification of standard data into methods that are easy to either report on or manage in said systems.
