What do you like best about StoryPrompt?

What do you dislike about StoryPrompt?

After signing up on the platform, I noticed a few missing options — for example, the buttons couldn’t be translated into Polish. But the support team helped me instantly and translated the buttons for me quickly and efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about StoryPrompt?

We loved how easy StoryPrompt was to set up and use. We were able to provide a platform for connection that was user friendly, safe, and effective! It allowed us to connect with our partners all across the state around different topics each month. We then used those responses to create a yearbook of connection. We will definitely use it again! What do you like best about StoryPrompt?

What I like most is the flexibility of asynchronous video. I don't need to see every customer in real time to communicate in a personalised way, I can send a video when I want to and get a response when they have time. This format feels more human and the interaction feels more intimate and authentic than a simple written response. The variety of user-generated content is incredible. Simple, fun and straightforward client walk-through process. Immediately when you sign up, you are walked through your very first Prompt.

I'm especially impressed with the way they set up your own teleprompter for the video. They even include the option for b-roll through their media library.

What do you dislike about StoryPrompt?

Nothing that I know of. It's straightforward software to meet a very specific need. Though, I would like other uses for the videos, like for onboarding and walking a client through a program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about StoryPrompt?

It's a great way to capture short videos which is useful for things such as getting customer feedback or testimonials about a product. It's an easy way to quickly skim video without having to open and close a lot of videos which can be large, chunky files. The UI is also really clean and enjoyable to use. What do you dislike about StoryPrompt?

Some of the language of the product features are a little bit confusing at first. For example, there's a feature called "Campfire" which I think is just a group of people. So takes a bit of time to learn and get used to it's features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
