Wrapbook Pricing Reviews

I started using Wrapbook in 2022 when the cost per transaction was just $0.49. At the time, it felt like an incredible platform that truly streamlined payroll and made a huge difference in how I managed my business. Unfortunately, fast forward to January 2025, and I’ve experienced over a 3000% price increase. What once felt like a fair and transparent solution now feels like a bait and switch.
In 2024, the price jumped from $0.99 to $8 per transaction—a steep increase, but still manageable. However, in 2025, that cost skyrocketed again, this time to $18 per transaction. These massive hikes have come with little to no notice, leaving businesses like mine scrambling to adjust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What’s even more frustrating is that these increases seem to be pricing out small businesses entirely. As a small production company, I’ve relied on Wrapbook to simplify payroll and keep operations running smoothly. I’ve even had calls with management to express my concerns, but it’s clear that no one cares or is willing to support small production companies. The lack of consideration for businesses like mine is disappointing and, frankly, disheartening.
While I’ve truly loved the platform and how much it’s changed my business for the better, these pricing decisions have left me deeply disappointed. Wrapbook has been a game-changer, but at this point, it feels like they’re prioritizing profits over supporting the businesses that helped them grow in the first place.
If you’re considering Wrapbook, I urge you to proceed with caution. Be prepared for sudden and drastic price increases that can make it impossible to sustain as a small business. While the platform itself is fantastic, it’s clear that Wrapbook is no longer catering to smaller companies.
I’d recommend exploring other payroll solutions that better understand and respect the budgets of small businesses. Wrapbook might still work for larger companies, but for those of us trying to grow without breaking the bank, it’s time to look elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
