Hey, G2! Does anyone here have any experience in choosing a good chatbot company? I’m looking for the top chatbot companies to select a new software solution for my company. We need an external, customer-facing solution that is cost-effective and scalable. This is not a decision that I want to make quickly, and I would really appreciate getting some insight here from experts before making a decision.
