What do you like best about HR Cloud?

The flexibility of the platform is a standout feature -- it can be configured to meet a wide variety of business needs, and that adaptability has made it much easier for our team to integrate it into our workflows. HR Cloud also stands out for the support behind it. Bruno Ruzic and Goran Marusic have been incredible partners: responsive, flexible, thoughtful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Their expertise, attention to detail and willingness to collaborate on things like custom integrations and added functionality have helped us feel like a valued partner rather than just another client.

I also want to call out Lea Rakic, who stepped in seamlessly while Bruno was out of office. Even though she wasn’t assigned to our account, she provided thorough, timely support and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks — which really speaks to the strength of the team overall. What do you dislike about HR Cloud?

Like any platform that's growing and evolving, there are still a few minor bugs and interface quirks to work through. That said, the team is highly responsive to feedback and continuously improving the product, which makes these issues easier to navigate. What do you like best about HR Cloud?

Without a doubt, the best thing about HR Cloud for me is our Account Manager, Bruno. It's clear that he has a lot of experience working with this tool and has extensive knowledge of it. He always tries to provide the best solution to any problem. What do you dislike about HR Cloud?

What I like the least is that the mobile version is very limited. I also don’t like that when impersonating an employee to run tests, they receive notifications all the time, and this cannot be removed.

On the other hand, I think the roles need to be rethought, as I’m not entirely convinced with how they work and the level of security each one has. I believe it’s a good tool, but it could be even more complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system has several shortcomings. Although one of its features is the ability to personalize documents for signature, it was not possible to configure it properly. Additionally, it is not compatible with our time and attendance tool, leading to duplicated efforts internally. I really like the interface of People HRMS platform it is very easy to use application and easy to implement. I am also happy with the multiple features given by People HRMS such as, managing employees attendace, track employees leaves, manage salary data for each month etc. People HRMS tool is also easy to integrate with relevant tools which is really good and I am using People HRMS frequently on daily basis. People HRMS is the best tool to onboard new employees and manage their data on single platform. I really like the interface of People HRMS tool. People HRMS is easy to implement and also it have multiple features to use such as managing employees attendance, leave balances, employees information etc. I am using People HRMS frequently on daily basis to track the data of employees. It needs to be more user friendly. There are some concerns regarding the professionalism of the customer support team and some defects in the payroll system. We like the most how it is easy for us to explain to new users. Also, we are super satisfied with customer support, they are fast and precise in resolving our questions. The application can be adjusted to our needs.
