What do you like best about Vonage Contact Center (formerly NewVoiceMedia)?

Great straight forward system to use and the support from Virginie has been fantastic, from the beginning with training and supplying slides, and since the trial she has always been quick to help adjust the system to our needs. Also making sure we have weekly meetings to check in and making sure I had everything i need.
