AskNicely has greatly increased our customer responses and feedback, by almost double our previous.

AskNicely is extremely easy to use and syncs well with our current CRM. I like that it makes it easy for our customers to reply, while also allowing us many options for reporting and sorting data. We have a very helpful customer support rep who meets with us regularly to find ways to make our experience even better.

Exquisite Insight into our Customer Service Delivery at various times throughout our process

I love that AskNicely surveys our customers at the onset of a claim and at the end. This gives us the opportunity to read surveys and correct any issues or concerns that they may have early on. The platform is also very user friendly and the customer service team is readily available and helpful in the implementation and throughout the use of the platform. I appreciate how well they explain and review our usage to look for ways we can get more use out of the system.

Simplistic, Easy and Very effective surveying tool. Love the ease of integrations with slack & rest.

UI & UX is very intuitive. Gives great customization ability with custom fields in house. I can schedule and manage surveys at will.
