What do you like best about GetAccept?

The best thing is that the tools are actually being used by AEs. They use it all the time wether if its for proposal or signing a contract, or to share deal rooms or look at the engagement analytics to identify if the deals are trending up or not, GetAccept is a must have for our tool stack at Simployer. What do you like best about GetAccept?

The synchronization with Salesforce is a huge advantage—it makes the tool extremely simple to use for every team member and allows for very fast contract creation, which is essential for our workflow. It’s also user-friendly, with a clean UX that encourages quick adoption across teams.

Another key strength is the support: the team is very available and attentive, especially during onboarding and training. Our account manager is extremely responsive and helpful, which makes a real difference in day-to-day operations.

At one point, we needed to set up an API integration, and the team was very responsive and supportive in helping me configure the webhooks properly. Their technical support was quick, clear, and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetAccept?

We’ve occasionally experienced overly aggressive upselling from the GetAccept sales team, to the point where they reached out to higher-level managers who were not the right stakeholders. This created some internal frustration and can damage the tool’s reputation internally.

Also, the lack of flexibility in conditional templates forces us to duplicate contracts for minor variations, which has led to internal friction and unnecessarily complex processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GetAccept?

We primarily use GetAccept for our kitchen customers but also to send quotes for appliances – and it has truly elevated our customer communication to a new level. With both Deal Room and Contract Room, we can create a personal and professional experience, where the customer gets everything gathered in one place throughout their kitchen journey.

The platform is easy to use, both for us and for the customer. It gives a smooth and secure impression, and makes it easy to keep track of communication, documents, and agreements. We really appreciate how user-friendly and nicely everything is presented – it strengthens our brand and creates trust immediately.

Overall our experience with GetAccept is great. We are using the Dynamics 365 CE integration with managed connectors towards GetAccept, that one was a bit cumbersome to setup. And recently we had some problems in that integrations that took a while to sort out. But in the end we managed with great support from the GetAccept team to get it up and running again. But if we would have re-built the integration, we would maybe have considered going for the GetAccept APIs and events instead of the Dynamics 365 CE connectors. What do you like best about GetAccept?

Beside helping us with a professional contract signing solution, GetAccept also helps us to streamline our work with offerings and getting deals closed.

It is a powerful tool for our sales teams and an effective way for management to both support and improve the sales process as well as giving them a tool for overviewing the current offering and deal status.

What do you dislike about GetAccept?

Dislike is a big word in this context, but there are are some things we would like to see improvement on.

More tools and features to help us manage unique deals. A lot of our offerings/Deals are "unique" in a sense that we need to customize a big part of the solution text. So features like "unsendable placeholders", better attachment-library-management functions and pre written text block features would help us a lot.

Also, since we have requirements that means that we right now need multiple entities, the administration is sometime a bit of a hassle. Copying document between entities could be much easier! And if there were more advanced team and user permission features we could probably move to having only one entity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GetAccept?

The tool is super easy to use, and the setup was very straightforward.

From day one, our CSM Laurence has been a great support during both the implementation and adoption phases. She’s always responsive, proactive, and ready to share best practices. She listens and helps unblock any issues quickly.

As an enabler, GetAccept makes it much easier to manage, organize, and update all our client-facing content. It helps ensure the team always shares relevant and up-to-date material.

It also saves a lot of time for the team when sharing and looking for resources. When the AE / AM present the digital room to prospects, it usually makes a great first impression—which helps continue the conversation on a strong note. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetAccept?

The design options are a bit limited, though there are workarounds.

It would also be helpful to have more detailed analytics per business user—like the number of rooms created, how engaging they are, and which content is most appreciated by prospects and clients.

This would give us a clear view of what’s working and help each rep improve (Also, it is a good way to do some content auditing). Having this data available directly in Salesforce would make it even easier to track adoption and performance across the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GetAccept?

We were looking for an experience for our clients as part of our pre-sales to dazzle them with interesting visuals, tools to engage us, collaborate and discuss our products. When we came across GetAccept we had a prompt reply from the sales team who were friendly and informative, and when they didn't know something got a colleague to assist quickly.

What do you dislike about GetAccept?

The product has gone through a transition of separation and now re-joining of two of their products (Deal Room and Contracts Room) which has meant confusing terminology, differences in use of API and less attention to the Deal Room. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GetAccept?

GetAccept has made it very easy for salespeople across our entire business to generate sales contracts and win more business. It's an efficient tool with a lot of useful features, that integrates really well into our CRM.

Their new rooms feature is also proving to be a useful addition, as this will help us to manage our customer journeys a lot better. These rooms also link in to our CRM already, and the setup was pretty straightforward to achieve some initial results.

The "Editor" content builder in GetAccept needs a few more updates to improve the look and feel of their documents when they are downloaded as a PDF file.
