"Great value with useful features"

What do you like best about Hapony?

Cloudpresenter's intuitive user interface meant we could immediately start using Cloudpresenter for virtual meetings and online training. We found Cloudpresenter easier to use than Zoom Meetings and GoToMeeting.

Since we started using Cloudpresenter two months ago, the platform has provided good video and audio quality with minimal lag. Cloudpresenter has proven to be a reliable and stable platform for hosting our meetings and conducting education and training events. We have not experienced any outage with Cloudpresenter thus far.

With Cloudpresenter, participants can join our meetings or events from a web browser instead of an app, which reduces the friction in getting people to attend. Cloudpresenter also offers a mobile app for iOS and Android - this app, like the web user interface, is easy to use and effective.

On Cloudpresenter, we have several options to enable better alignment to our branding, e.g., custom images on mobile landing pages, event headers and email headers; our logo for social media sharing; uploading our favicon; modifying the colors of the user interface; custom virtual backgrounds.

With Cloudpresenter's Content Library, we can upload PowerPoint presentations and MP4 videos before meetings and training events and share them with our audience from the Content Library during the meeting or event. We prefer this method of sharing documents because, in our opinion, it is more reliable and more professional-looking than sharing a screen (which is also possible on Cloudpresenter) and reduces resource usage on the local machine. What do you dislike about Hapony?

Although Cloudpresenter has a live-streaming feature, it is currently limited to only three platforms: Youtube, Facebook, and Vimeo. We would appreciate more options, e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hapony solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cloudpresenter enables us to hold virtual meetings and to provide online education and training reliably, securely, and with minimal hassle. Because of its additional features, we believe Cloudpresenter is not only a viable but superior alternative to Zoom. Cloudpresenter's pricing compares favorably with Zoom's, saving us money. "Excellent Platform - won’t be going back to Zoom"

What do you like best about Hapony?

I have been trialing Cloudpresenter for about a month, as an alternative to Zoom.

I have found it super easy to find my way around the platform - setting up both webinars and meetings has been a really smooth process, where I’ve saved loads of time.

I was worried that other participants would struggle as so used to Zoom, but the feedback has been excellent, and the recording quality really good.

I’ve reached out to support a couple of times with simple questions and they’ve got back to me promptly and been really helpful with the level of support and guidance they’ve offered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Solid Web Meeting Solution!"

What do you like best about Hapony?

The Cloudpresenter platform is extremely fast and straightforward to use! Everything was smooth from the onboarding to the audience invitation process and up to the actual online meetings. We especially love the branding options (colours, logos, URL etc.), but the CNAME feature would put the cherry on top! The limits are generous, and the pricing is competitive, especially for a stable and feature-rich platform! The web-based version is excellent to have as it's quick and does not require any installations. But we also tried the mobile app versions, and it worked great! The support is exceptional, and the CEO is committed to improving the service, forwarding all requests to the developers to ensure the best user experience. The software is easy to use, with functional rooms that provide important tools such as screen sharing, drawing boards, polls, and Q&A. What do you dislike about Hapony?

While Cloudpresenter offers an excellent webinar solution, there is still room for improvement in the future. Firstly, a CNAME option would complete the white labeling experience, allowing users to further customize their branding. Secondly, more advanced email customization and using their SMTP would offer users greater flexibility. Thirdly, team collaboration features would help manage events together more efficiently. Fourthly, sticky chat notifications during events or pop-up information would provide better engagement. Fifthly, adding sponsor logos/information in the meeting room would be a valuable addition. Sixthly, customizable countdown pages would allow users to provide better information and decorate the page more attractively. Seventhly, adding LinkedIn to the "share buttons" would enable users to share events more easily. Finally, customizable logos and post-webinar re-direction per event (rather than global per brand) would allow for more flexibility and event-specific branding.
