What do you like best about Humi?
Their support is timely, helpful, and friendly.

What do you dislike about Humi?
As mentioned, there are some odd quirks with their UI. The search filters hid our terminated employees from us for a really long time. I worked with a payroll specialist who said they also struggled with it at first. It's a small quirk, and once you know where it is, it's an easy fix, it's just not intuitive at first.
I also don't like that they don't have data processing in their reports, I have to download the reports as a CSV then process data in Excel. For example, when we report insurable earnings to WSIB, I go to the WSIB report, but I can't extract a total from the web report. Instead, I download the CSV, then calculate the total insurable earnings for WSIB eligible employees. It's small, but it changes a 1 minute task to a 5 minute task.
