What do you like best about Rippling?

What I like best about Rippling is how seamlessly it connects everything — from onboarding and payroll to device and app management — all in one intuitive platform.

Rippling shines in many areas, however there are some recurring drawbacks. Support can be inconsistent, I've seen many users report long wait times, unhelpful responses, or even no solution at all.

Another issue that comes up often is payroll and tax compliance. Also, I think pricing could be more transparent, customers mention hidden fees, high setup costs, and opaque sales processes that make it hard to budget. What do you like best about Rippling?

We recently completed implementation with Rippling and just ran our first payroll. Everything went smoothly. The setup process was straightforward and intuitive, with only a few minor issues that were resolved quickly.

One of the biggest wins so far has been onboarding. Rippling has already saved us a significant amount of time with its automated onboarding flows. We also added the LMS app and were able to complete our annual training requirements directly through the platform, which was a huge time-saver and very user-friendly.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

The only downside we've encountered so far is that our workers’ compensation insurance doesn’t integrate with Rippling. This means I still have to manually report payroll wages to our WC carrier each pay period, which adds a small administrative burden. What do you like best about Rippling?

I like the customer support when ever I end up with errors. The platform is user friendly, and implementation across different use cases is amazing. I often like the different numbers of features offered in Multi-Country Payroll Software and the local payroll. Onboarding is also great with better integrations across google suite and docusign

What do you dislike about Rippling?

Sometimes I disliked the complex process involved in payroll setup process, but customer support was great enough to solve it.

What do you like best about Rippling?

The most helpful things about Rippling is the easy navigation. At the onset, you know exactly where to go for certain tasks (i.e. payroll, onboarding, benefits). The website is quick to react and provides easy instructions for each task. Not only that, the inbox/notifications guides your first experience into how it works almost like an automatic tutorial without saying that it's a tutorial. It allows you to explore the site in an non-overwhelming way. The colors and simplistic design is easy on the eyes which is great for navigation purposes. I use it everyday to check on things that need my attention or if I don't remember how something works or if I need to check my benefits real fast. I haven't used it's Customer Support yet, but I imagine that would be a seamless experience too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

The only downsides I could see with Rippling is finding documents that you signed or referencing back to them. I had to navigate the site a bit to find out where they were so I could download my copies. Another thing to consider is that the Favorites bar isn't really needed in my opinion since all of the options you want are right underneath that option. What do you like best about Rippling?

I just onboarded with a company who uses Rippling. This is my first time experiencing the platform and I'm very impressed! Everything your team needs in one spot... time tracking/payroll (clocking in/out, requesting PTO), benefits (insurance), organization chart (you know who's who in the company), you name it.

I really enjoy their instruction videos. Rippling provides videos to show you how to use everything. This will save the company a ton of time!

It's very easy to use and it's a platform I visit daily. On the left hand side are categories to quickly take you to where you need to go. On the dashboard it also tells you what tasks you need to complete and Rippling will send you reminders to ensure you complete them before their due date. So helpful, we live in BUSY times!
