"Google Workspace is game-changer for my life!!"
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

The standout tools for me are Google Calendar and Google Sheets — I honestly couldn’t function without them.

Google Calendar keeps me perfectly on track. Whether I’m scheduling client meetings, syncing with team members, or blocking time for deep focus, it’s so intuitive and flexible. I love how easily it integrates with my email and sends reminders across all my devices. It’s like having a personal assistant 24/7.

Google Sheets is another powerhouse. From budgeting and project tracking to building client quotes and automating reports with formulas — it does it all. The real-time collaboration is a huge win. My team and I can work together without any back-and-forth emails or file version issues.

The entire Google Workspace ecosystem is reliable, fast, and seamless across devices. It helps me stay productive, organized, and in control every single day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

Honestly, the only thing for me is that there's some room to improvements on gmail, but the rest is perfect! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All in one Office Suite that works anywhere without installing a software on the desktop"
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

Having everything from Gmail to Documents, Spreadsheets, Presentations, etc., all in one place makes my work productivity simpler. I don't need to install any of the required software on my PC, and I can log in anywhere without any problem.

I really like the newly launched tab feature in Google Docs, Markdown support with offline support, Pageless format, etc.

In Google Sheets, I can create nice-looking pivot tables, dropdowns, and filters without needing any other software. More importantly, I can add a graph inside the cell itself.

Otherwise, I often use Google Drawings to create my own flow charts and wireframes. It does not have many features, while all other tools offer better solutions for wireframe design, but I still rely on this because I can collaborate with my team in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

- Overall, I still feel that the missing AI features to semi-automate tasks in Google Docs and Sheets.

- Similarly, on Google Slides, and drawing, a prompt to create a PPT, or convert the doc to a PPT is still not available.

- Sorting is not available in the Pivot table; I still feel it can be improved.

- I am still missing enough template blocks that can be used inside Google Docs, similar to Notion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nearly 7 years of using Google Workspace with 99.9% satisfaction without any issues"
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

As someone who's been running a digital marketing agency for medical practices. I've gotta say Google Workspace has been a game changer for keeping everything humming along without the usual headaches.

It's basically my all-in-one hub for cloud tools that handle pretty much everything my team at Alphayaan Digital needs, whether we're whipping up presentations for client pitches, sharing docs on the fly, or diving into real-time spreadsheet edits to track ad campaigns and funnels.

And don't get me started on Gmail; it's rock solid, way better than anything else I've tried for managing those endless client emails and scheduling tweaks. What I love most is how seamless the collaboration feels; it lets us hop in and edit stuff together without version control nightmares, which is huge when you're coordinating content creation or retargeting strategies across time zones.

Plus, it's super intuitive, so even when I'm pulling in client tasks or looking for a specific email, spreadsheet, or docs, it doesn't slow me down.

Overall, it's made running my agency feel less like herding cats and more like a smooth operation, helping us focus on growing those practices we work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

The pricing feels a bit steep for a bootstrapped agency like us. Paying per user adds up quickly when we're scaling a small team, and I've wondered if it's the best bang for the buck compared to some other options.

Another downside is the hiccup with integration outside of the Google ecosystem; linking up with third-party tools isn't always seamless.

Also, the storage limit of just 30 GB on their cheaper business plan can be a dealbreaker. For a business like mine that handles a lot of content and creative assets, it should be 50GB to be truly practical.

One more significant limitation for us is that we can't use the Google Voice service in our country, India. This is a vital aspect for client communication, especially since we work with practices in places like the USA and Canada. I really wish they would bring that feature here soon. which could be a vital aspect for client communication. I wish they would add that feature soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zoom Integration with Google Workspace creates ease and comfort"
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

What I like about Google Workspace is that it creates ease of use across platforms powered by Google, making planning and setting meetings readily accessible. Tools like Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides allow multiple people to work in real-time, which really boosts productivity and teamwork. I also appreciate the cloud-based nature. It’s easy to access everything from any device, anywhere, without worrying about version control or lost files. Some features, like smart suggestions in Gmail and Docs, Google Calendar integration, and Drive’s organization system, help streamline my workflow and keep everything connected. Overall, it makes communication and collaboration smoother during remote or hybrid work setups, like in my company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

Since Google Workspace works mostly with the internet, we encounter challenges in syncing and retrieving documents when the internet connection is unstable. Some features are also limited, such as limited formatting options in Docs and Sheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Provides lots of everyday tools like Meet, Gmail, chat etc. for every usecase."
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

Google workspace brings lots of tools like Google Docs, Gmail, Google sheets, etc. at one place, which make the workflow a lot easier and saves a lot of time. It also provides cloud storage to store my files and documents on Google Drive. With google meet and google Calendar, I can schedule meeting with my team mates with large number of participants. It also integrates well with other tools like Slack, Jira, Github etc, which makes it more powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

The thing that I dislike about Google Workspace is that most of the tools available in Google workspace has a very limited customization options. Tools like Google docs work well normally but it runs into issues when dealing with documents with complex formatting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-one to work better: my experience with Google Workspace"
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

What I like most about Google Workspace is how well everything works together. I can collaborate in real-time with my team on documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, no matter where we are. The integration between Gmail, Drive, Calendar, and Meet makes it very easy to stay organized and be productive throughout the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

What I don't like about Google Workspace is that some advanced features are only available in the more expensive plans. Additionally, it can sometimes be complicated to manage access permissions when there are many users involved, which can lead to confusion or errors if not handled carefully. "Full featured business tool"
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

Everything works. Google continues to add new features constantly. Licensing is simple and not overly complicated like other brands (looking at you MS), and the pricing is good. Administration is fairly easy and while it may sometimes be difficult to find a setting in the Admin tool, it is a lot easier than other admin consoles I've been in. Users love the live collaboration features. The mail interface can be a little clunky, but also is getting better as the product matures.

Customer support is very good, though sometimes hard to reach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

Some of the interaction with external collaborators can be difficult for them to understand the process of collaboration. Since many are Microsoft users, they don't understand why they need a Google account to share files. They don't understand that the sharing between Microsoft users is using their existing accounts in the same way Google is using the Google accounts for verification. Google Sheets is excellent and powerful, but still cannot handle some of the complexities that Excel can, and does not support macros, so there is a lot of resistance to using Sheets in the place of Excel (among our financial staff). Sharing in Drive can be cumbersome, as mentioned before, if both internal and external users don't understand the need for Google accounts for authentication. "Easy for all users"
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

Google forms is easy for users to fill out forms, whether or not they are familiar with Google products or not. It's also straightforward to make your own form/survey and manipulate the questions around as needed. There are temlates of pre-made surveys or forms to choose from, making it that much quicker to get the survey you want distributed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

I have not been able to find anything that I dislike about Google forms, and I have been using it for 3 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Google Workspace?

Google workspace is best for business transaction and dealing where lead conversions are little quicker to achieve and it helps us to connect custom domain at a cost which is less than 20$ a month.

It offers upto 2 tb space which admin can assign to users for storage and also expand if required.

Per seat it's more comfortable to users.

Also usage of custom domain is at ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

Google workspace offers plugins but those plugins are paid so it will be difficult to convert with extra bucks.

It doesn't have recording feature inbuilt for e calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and essential office Apps suite."
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

Google Workspace offers a user-friendly interface that makes daily tasks effortless, serving as an all-in-one suite for documents, presentations, and file storage. It runs smoothly on both web browsers and mobile apps, enabling seamless collaboration across devices and teams. The service is secure and provides reliable file storage through Google Drive. It also offers flexible scaling, whether you're adding users, increasing storage, or unlocking advanced AI features through higher-tier plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

Google Workspace currently lacks an easy-to-customize, AI-powered chatbot that allows workgroups to interact with their data and build interactive Q&A experiences within their workflow. Such a tool would be a great added value, especially if it featured a no-code, drag-and-drop builder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
