Support is nonexistent. Their buggy know-your-customer flow locked me out of my two-year-old account, which had no suspicious activity whatsoever. Their phone line told me to email them, then hung up on me. They didn't respond to two emails after more than a week, and when I found a phone tree option that got me a person, they gave me wrong information. It took ten more emails to support, Cc:ing their founders each time, to get my numbers ported out - and they refused to waive their port out fees, which other providers rarely charge in the first place.
