What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

SurveyMonkey is so easy to use, that anyone can use it! No matter their technological abilities. It's super helpful to be able to send multiple questions surveys as well as simpler things like trying to find out when a good time for multiple people, business and organizations can attend a meeting. Allowing for a higher attendance rate in meetings. I love how they can choose more than one option allowing the creator a better understating of the other organizations availability. Signing up is a breeze making it easy to integrate into your daily work. I use this every time I need to create a Survey or find a the perfect meeting time for multiple organizations. What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

it just has this seamless like feeling to it, and as a beginner it is super user friendly which makes it more reliable to use at any level of using this survey based application. it comes with customizable templates and other features where you can flexibly create survey. i use it often when i need to collect data on certain projects or need some feedback from people, very cool! What problems is SurveyMonkey solving and how is that benefiting you?

if I have to make a decision quickly driven by the data I have collected, it helps me do that in a time sufficient manner. it also gives and collects feedback for me super quick without any hassles of sorting out those opinions, feedback, data, etc. it is just an excellent tool to help me make informed decisions quicker about data, and creates swift responses that are super easy to analyze when before and after survey collections are held. What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

I have used this platform since months and glad to share that this is a very useful platform for both individuals and organizations, allowing them to create, analyze and distribute surveys.

It provides variety of survey creation tools from pre-designed templates to custom brandings.

It also has different distribution methods such as Web links,Email invitations, QR Codes and many more. We can also get real time responses and response limits can also be set.

I like their analytics and reporting feature where I can easily visualize data using bar graphs, charts, and many more.

Their premium plans can be costly, especially for small businesses or students.

What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

I've been using SurveyMonkey for a while now, and it’s been a solid tool for both quick employee pulse checks and more in-depth surveys like our Total Rewards survey.

It’s super easy to use , you don’t need to be overly tech-savvy to build or send a survey. It’s flexible enough for both simple and more complex surveys with branching logic. It’s also cost-effective, which is great considering how often we use it.

As an organization, we've used it for everything from quick check-ins to company-wide feedback, and it’s been reliable across the board. The reporting is straightforward, and it’s easy to pull results when you need them.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

My only complaint is that the reporting isn’t super robust unless you upgrade your plan, and it’s not great for team collaboration unless you’re set up with shared access. What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

The survey's are quick and easy to build. This program provides templates that can be filled in an accessed very easily. Setting up the survey and sending it out to everyone was very quick. When we need quick information from the field for certain projects, we will create a survey using surveymonkey to get the information or opinions back very quickly. What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

SurveyMonkey is easy to use, its interface is intuitive, even non tech users can create surveys quickly. It provides drag and drop functionality for adding questions. It offers pre built survey templates for various goals. It provides real time data visualization and detailed reporting tools. We can also filter responses, can create custom reports and export data easily.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

The free version is very restrictive. One can only view up to 40 responses per survey. It provides limited access to advanced question types and logic. Exporting data is not allowed in free version.Paid plans, especially for teams and businesses are costly. Mobile editing experience isn't as smooth. Design cusomization is limited in free versions. What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

That I am locked in to an annual subscription that is no longer useful to my business. I understand the need to pay for services delivered however I do not understand the lack of flexibility. Because I paid upfront for 12 months I am not eligible to cancel the subscription for a pro rata refund.
