"A great tool for organizing your Tasks and Projects each day"
What do you like best about Wrike?

It is a great tool that is used to manage individual and team work. It has a very simple and intuitive graphical interface that allows managing daily tasks and projects. Assign to those responsible, it also allows adding a description to the task, assigning a start and end date to it. It allows perfect control of tasks in progress, pending tasks, completed tasks, canceled tasks, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

The only problem I see with Wrike is that sometimes when I change the status of tasks, it becomes difficult for me to find them again to know if they ended up in the correct status or not. It has happened to me on some occasions that I am dragging a task to change its status, I leave it in the required status, but then I can't visualize it at first glance. "Revamped and reconfigured feature set with a user-friendly interface. Project Management and Task Efficiency is for everyone!"
What do you like best about Wrike?

I love the new table view aggregation and the customizable calculations for sub-items. Ask AI is another timely and relevant feature that makes for more productive workflows. The field level access rights for databases improves security vulnerability. They also added new and useful filters to be used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

Some basic improvements to focus on would be to support bullet point lists in a table format, comments in a table format etc. I'm also not a big fan of the check out and check in mechanism. An easier solve would be to enhance collaboration by supporting co-authoring of MS Office files. There definitely needs to be an option to send a To-Do List Email at a pre-defined time cadence. Date changing should be automated and updating a series of tasks together in a bulk way should be allowed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best project management and collaboration tool for all types of projects"
What do you like best about Wrike?

One thing I really like about Wrike recently is how it has become more intelligent and easier to use. The artificial intelligence suggestions and smart search features help me quickly find what I need and focus on what is most important. I have also started using the new custom item types, and they have made it much easier to shape Wrike around the way each of our teams actually works, instead of trying to fit everyone into the same structure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

One area where I believe Wrike can improve is the user interface. In our day-to-day work, it often feels difficult to locate key features quickly. Some of the most-used functionalities are not very intuitive to find, which can slow us down. Additionally, the alignment of buttons and certain elements in the dashboard can feel a bit scattered, especially when switching between different views. A more consistent and simplified layout would really help improve the overall experience for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Creating Efficiency, Effectiveness, and Collaboration with Wrike"
What do you like best about Wrike?

I have been using Wrike for about 2 years now, starting as a regular user and growing into an Admin role and leading the administration for the enterprise I work for. Every day I discover a new feature that Wrike offers that helps our users make their work lives a little easier. There are so many possibilities in how you can use Wrike, that it'll look different for every team, and that customization is key to our work structures. We can make custom views, blueprints, item types, request forms, etc... to fit into each team's needs. I love how easily you can cross-tag work to give visibility when needed, and keep work secure and private when needed. I support a very new team, which means we are still defining roles and responsibilities and creating standard work, and Wrike has been instrumental in helping us get organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

The numerous features and ways to view work is both a gift and a curse to Wrike. Having so many ways to view your work can overwhelm my team sometimes, making onboarding and training a little difficult. There is a learning curve to using the features. The Wrike Support and training videos are very helpful, the team just needs to take the time to use them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Wrike is an amazing project management juggernaut for content creators"
What do you like best about Wrike?

We've been using Wrike for over six years, and it has truly become the heart of our content review and approval process. What started as a quick project management solution eventually evolved into an essential workflow backbone across our company.

One of Wrike’s standout strengths is how effortlessly it allows us to route all types of content—whether it’s images, videos, live URLs, or Office files like PowerPoint, Excel, and Word—for feedback and approval. The automation features allows us as a business to streamline repetitive tasks, ensure nothing falls through the cracks, and move work between users and teams with minimum friction.

For businesses that are vertically integrated, Wrike shines bright. The dashboards, reports, and analytics boards give us the visibility we need to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and make smarter decisions faster. It’s not just about managing projects—it’s about managing the entire lifecycle of a product launch with clarity and control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

Wrike is brilliant in a plethora of ways, but some areas that could call for improvement is the software app itself. Its often laggy and crashes under load (or when many tabs are open at once which is my life 24/7). Having the ability to use Wrike through a browser has been a work around. Another area for improvement is the amount of time it takes for analytic boards to populate and refresh. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karilla Dyer of Wrike

Thank you so much for your detailed and thoughtful review! We’re truly honored to hear that Wrike has become the backbone of your content review and approval process over the past six years. It’s fantastic to know that our platform has helped streamline your workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and provide the visibility your team needs to manage everything from content creation to full product launches.

Your feedback about the ease of routing different content types, leveraging automation, and using dashboards and analytics is exactly what we strive for—helping teams like yours work smarter and more efficiently. We love hearing how Wrike has enabled your company to grow and take on a larger workload with confidence.

We also appreciate your honest comments about areas for improvement, especially regarding app performance and analytics board refresh times. Your experience is important to us, and I’ll make sure your feedback is shared with our product team. In the meantime, if you ever need troubleshooting tips or want to discuss ways to optimize your setup, our support team is always here to help at https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

Thank you again for being such a dedicated Wrike user and for sharing your journey with us. If there’s anything else we can do to support you, please let us know!

"Wrike makes project management easy"
What do you like best about Wrike?

Wrike is a user-friendly tool, for the end-users it is easy-to-use with a simple user interface, users need relatively little time to start using the tool. The tool is also easy to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

Although Wrike is easy to set up, the customization features are limited. Also, the integration with our DAM System Bynder works great, but it has been a challenge setting up an integration with our ticketing system (ServiceDesk Now) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karilla Dyer of Wrike

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re delighted to hear that Wrike’s user-friendly interface and easy setup have made project management simpler for your team. It’s great to know that having a single source of truth for all your marketing projects, requests, and resource planning has brought clarity and efficiency across your regions and teams.

We appreciate your feedback about customization and integrations. While it’s wonderful to hear that Wrike works well with your DAM system Bynder, we understand the challenges you’ve faced integrating with ServiceDesk Now. Your input is valuable, and I’ll be sure to share it with our product team as we continue to improve our integration capabilities. If you’d like to discuss possible solutions or workarounds, our support team is always here to help at https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

"Handling Onboarding by Considering Each New Hire Class a Project by Using Wrike"
What do you like best about Wrike?

We had no tools at Cigna to handle all of the details involved with our virtual new hire call classes and were looking for a solution. When we evaluated Wrike, we found that it provided not only tracking capabilities but also much of the reporting we needed to capture capacity and support for the onboarding team. Since adopting Wrike, it has helped streamline our rosters, issue trackers, day-one readiness, and many other details involved in the complexities of onboarding new advocates, along with providing helpful reporting. It is very easy to use and has been even easier to implement. If you are looking for a tool for collaboration and organization with the flexibility to make changes easily, then Wrike is the right tool for you. In addition the support provided by Wrike has been amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

I have nothing negative to say because whenever we have made recommendations of features and needs, Wrike has been quick to take the feedback and make it a reality. For example Wrike recently added a new filter that was causing issues in some of our views. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karilla Dyer of Wrike

Thank you so much for sharing your detailed experience with Wrike!

It’s fantastic to hear how Wrike has become such an integral part of your onboarding process at Cigna. Treating each new hire class as a project is a smart approach, and I’m glad Wrike’s tracking, reporting, and collaboration features have helped you streamline everything from rosters and issue tracking to day-one readiness. It’s especially great to know that the platform’s flexibility and ease of use made implementation smooth for your team.

Your feedback about Wrike’s responsiveness to feature requests is wonderful to hear. We strive to listen to our users and continuously improve, so knowing that your suggestions have been quickly addressed means a lot to us.

It’s clear that Wrike has helped you bring consistency and organization to the many moving parts of onboarding, while also supporting your team’s growth and new responsibilities. The ability to track equipment, access, and even internet installs, plus manage intake and reporting, really shows the power of having everything in one place.

Thank you again for your thoughtful review! If you ever have more feedback or want to explore additional ways to optimize your onboarding process, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always here to help and support your success!

"Honest feedback on Wrike"
What do you like best about Wrike?

User-Friendly Interface: Wrike is incredibly easy to use, with an intuitive layout that makes onboarding and daily navigation smooth even for new users.

Quick Implementation & Seamless Integration: Setting up Wrike was straightforward, and it integrated effortlessly with the tools we already used—like Google Workspace and Slack—enhancing our workflow without disruption.

Robust Features for Daily Use: I use Wrike frequently because of its comprehensive task management, Gantt charts, time tracking, and collaboration tools, all in one place.

Responsive Customer Support: Their support team is helpful and quick to respond, which makes it easy to resolve issues and continue working without delays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

Steep Learning Curve for Advanced Features: While the basic tools are user-friendly, some of the more advanced features take time to fully understand and use effectively.

Performance Can Lag with Large Projects: When managing very large or complex projects, Wrike can occasionally feel a bit slow or unresponsive.

Pricing Can Be High for Small Teams: The full-featured plans are quite powerful, but they can be costly for smaller teams or startups on a tight budget.

Mobile App Experience Could Be Better: The mobile version lacks some functionality compared to the desktop app, making it less convenient for on-the-go updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karilla Dyer of Wrike

We’re thrilled to hear that Wrike’s user-friendly interface, seamless integrations, and robust features have made a positive impact on your daily workflow. It’s great to know that tools like Gantt charts, time tracking, and real-time collaboration are helping your team stay organized and productive. We’re also glad our support team has been responsive and helpful when you’ve needed assistance.

We appreciate your transparency about the areas where Wrike could improve. The learning curve for advanced features is something we’re actively working to address with more in-app guidance, tutorials, and training resources. If you’d like, we can recommend specific guides or webinars to help your team get the most out of Wrike’s advanced capabilities.

Regarding performance with large projects, we’re continuously optimizing the platform to ensure a smooth experience, even with complex workloads. If you notice persistent slowdowns, please let us know—our support team can help troubleshoot and suggest best practices for managing large projects efficiently.

We also understand that pricing can be a concern for smaller teams. If you’d like to discuss plan options or ways to maximize value based on your needs, we’re happy to connect you with a Wrike specialist.

Finally, your feedback about the mobile app is valuable. We’re working to bring more desktop functionality to mobile, and your input helps us prioritize future updates.

I really like how Wrike helps our team stay aligned across multiple projects and deadlines. The customizable dashboards and task views make it easy to see who’s working on what, and the built-in collaboration tools (like comments and file sharing) reduce the need for endless email threads. It’s also super helpful that we can track time and set up workflows that match how our team actually works - less jumping between tools, more getting things done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?
